Triple ‘A’ Loft, ARDT Creative and Whitney Events have all banded together to market Triple ‘A’ Loft space in TriBeca, New York as a sophisticated party and event space. They host fashion shows, business and corporate events, weddings, bar mitzvahs, and regular old “whoopie” parties. The amazing food by Chris Casey & Company Catering and beautiful floral arrangements by Elegant Affairs NYC made the photography a snap (no pun intended here, I rarely just “snap” pictures). I regret that I didn’t get an exterior photo of the building facade, but the front of the building was covered in the obligatory New York City scaffolding, so there was nothing to see.
Triple ‘A’ Loft is located in a landmarked building at 359 Broadway, 4th floor in TriBeca New York (between Franklin and Leonard Streets). “The Loft” was built in 1852 designed by Field & Correja in the Italianate style. The building was used as a studio for the pioneering photographer Mathew Brady from 1853-1859. “The Loft” is a 5,000 sq. ft. space, which was empty for over 27 years and last occupied by the US outpost of the Dalai Lama before Triple ‘A’ Loft renovations. They installed top-notch electrical and digital power lines (lighting and outlets, etc.), AC, heat, and brand new bathroom facilities. The original hard wood floors have been painted and renovated.
